Farmers Mutual Communications is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing communications team as a Customer Service Representative.  

The ideal candidate would have an outgoing and friendly personality ready to greet and serve our members and potential members both in person or on the phone. The qualified applicant needs to be professional and have exceptional communication skills.  This position is a vital part of our customer service and technical support team.

Additional responsibilities will include assisting with customer billing, reconciling deposits, and assisting team members as needed.  Being able to multi-task is a must. Business office skills and computer experience using Microsoft Office 365 is required.

Position is Monday thru Friday (8:00am-4:30pm).  This is full-time position and will be eligible for group health insurance, short-term disability, life insurance, retirement, vacation/sick time benefits, and paid holidays. Salary will be determined based on applicant’s experience.
