About the Role:
The Houseperson at Honey Creek Resort plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the resort’s guest areas and back-of-house spaces. This position ensures that all public and service areas are kept in pristine condition to provide an exceptional guest experience. The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by transporting linens, supplies, and trash, as well as assisting with room turnovers when necessary. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential to uphold the resort’s high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the resort’s daily activities.
