📍 Full-Time | 35–40 hrs/week | Starting at $15/hr

About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our warehouse team. In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in keeping our production operations running smoothly — from weighing and packaging products to assembling subscription boxes that go out to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Weigh and package loops accurately according to production standards
• Assemble and prepare subscription boxes for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Follow safety and quality guidelines throughout the production process
• Support the team with general warehouse tasks as needed
• Occasionally appear in photos, videos, or live shows alongside our team and fellow crafters

What We're Looking For

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfort being on camera for photos, videos, or live content (no experience needed — just a willingness to show up and have fun!)
• Prior warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person!

What We Offer

• Starting pay of $15/hour
• Full-time schedule (35–40 hours/week), Monday–Friday roughly 7am–4pm
